In case the customer wants the money back or wants to exchange this product with the other one, then making charges along with the stone charges of the ordered product will be deducted. The rest of the payment will be made to customers within ten working days, or the amount will be adjusted based on the product with which it is exchanged.
If the amount has been deducted from the customer’s account and the transaction is failed, then the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 72 hours.Once you place the order, it can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. On receiving the cancellation request for ready for shipping product, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account. Gold coin order cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance.We don’t accept cancellation for Smart Buy (make to order) or customised jewellery products. In case customer wants the money back or wants to exchange it with other product(s), making charges and stone charges of the ordered product will be deducted from the payment and balance will be refunded back to customer account within 10 working days or will be adjusted against the exchanged product(s).If in case the amount is deducted from customers account and the transaction has failed, the same will be refunded back to your account within 72 hours.
Shipping order from Arabian Gold & Diamond is highly secure and safe. Every product in our store is insured to ensure that it is covered for any damages that happen during the transit by the insurance company.
For every package purchased at Arabian Gold & Diamond , be it a gold coin or jewellery, we ship to your doorsteps in the best condition and without tampering the packing. We partner with reliable courier partners like Bluedart, Ecom Express, Amit, BVC, and Malca. We use the services of one of these shipping partners to ship the jewellery to the destined shipping address. Shipping and delivery days maximum 5 – 7 days.
Charges to ship
We do not charge anything to ship the products within India. We deliver only to the ordered person. We want our customers to provide accurate details of the product’s recipient. The person’s name and address should be as in the ID proof issued by the Government of India. The recipient’s name, address, landmark, pin code, and mobile number should be shown to the courier agent to make the delivery process hassle-free. When the product reaches the destination, the recipient should be ready with any of the following ID proofs to collect the product:- Passport
- Pan card
- Driving license
- Voters ID
Delivery location
We can deliver the consignment or order to the recipient’s residential location or work location, or we can deliver it to our showrooms located in other places across India. We do not deliver the products to public places such as Malls, restaurants, the streets, hotels, or other places. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier company will make three attempts to deliver the product. Still, if the recipient is unavailable at the delivery time, the product will be returned to our home branch.Change of shipping address

There will be a registered address to which you must ship the product so that you will receive the refund.
Refund facility can be availed only through this website, and customers cannot go to the other stores in India and ask for a refund.
We will send you a return packaging kit in which you must package the product you want to return to us and handover this to the courier person. The reverse pick-up process will take 7 to 10 working days. You also have to make a note of the courier airway bill number.
A refund will be initiated only after checking the quality of the product picked from you. Our quality assurance team will verify the product and complete its verification after collecting documents like insurance certificates, product certificates, and original invoices.
Gold coins, silver articles, and rakhi will be exempted from this 14-day refund policy. This is also not applicable for customized products, smart buy products, personalized ones, gift cards, and purchasing products made using promo codes or discount coupons.
